Signature Mobile Services has created a private members-only mentorship program dedicated to providing you (the Protégé) with valuable tips and tricks necessary to earn six figures a year in your trade! You will learn marketing strategy and tips, talking points for officers and agents, and general tricks of the trade. We also offer a live chat forum for members that need questions answered directly!
Learning how to get signing orders directly from escrow officers, mortgage officers, and real estate agents is tricky and often difficult to navigate. It helps to have an experienced, well-versed agent to teach you all there is to know about signing & notary services. And that’s exactly what we’re here for! Jakesha will coach you on how to overcome objections, what to say to an escrow officer, how to approach a real estate agent, and more.
Mentorship Options
The mentoring or coaching needs of every individual will differ so we will provide a plan tailored to you. For new notaries mentorship helps with next steps after the completion of any notary public/signing agent training and starting a mobile notary & signing agency. For seasoned notaries mentorship will provide insight and guidance on taking your business to the next level.
Our ‘Signature’ plans all include 1:1 mentoring sessions, ‘911 text’ services (text a picture of a document and receive timely guidance), training on professional etiquette and language, coaching on achieving great customer relationship management, and general industry insight. Membership in our private Facebook mentorship group giving you access to tips from real estate professionals, title and escrow agents. (You can not market to these individuals)
Mentoring sessions are conducted via Zoom meeting platform. Protégés will take a survey so we can identify your current business and training needs. Together we will develop a mentorship plan specifically tailored to your needs. Each meeting we will discuss how you are implementing the new plan.
Our mentorship program is designed for the Notary who has completed some type of Notary Public and Loan SigningTraining. If you have not yet completed any formal Loan Signing Agent Training, we recommend you complete training or certification before signing up for a mentorship plan
